2017 a year of Simplicity | Utah Photographer

Baby it’s Cold outside!!

Within the last two days we have received nearly 2 feet of snow! Most of my time was spent shoveling and snow blowing. I apply the same OCD detail to my driveway clearing as I do to my photo editing. So it’s needless to say, but I’ll say it anyways… I am glad it stopped so that I can come inside. But I’m so glad it snowed because I have been waiting for the perfect snowy day to share these fun snowy captures! Heart eyes to the moon for this couple!

2017 The year of Simplicity!

I don’t typically see my strengths… I am not a super confident person. But I will say that I do have a talent with organization. Because of this I usually find myself taking on too much. I figure that because I CAN fit it into my schedule I SHOULD! Well Let me tell you… no more of that. Ok that is a little strong. Maybe I should say, I am going to try and do better. I have decided that the part of my life that I want to start with in terms of simplifying will be my business! Don’t get me wrong, I plan for more growth this year than in any so far. BUT I am planning to pave this road to higher goals with less! I have always heard it been said that Less is More. Never have I followed that rule, but I plan to start!

So first thing to hit the Board is my Pricing.

Starting Today 1 will offer 1 package for Families, Seniors, and all Other Shoots alike. This package is a 45 minute to 1 hour session and it will include an online gallery of downloadable images. I still enjoy being able to help those who are looking for more! So there will be A la Carte options available and I will still be offering Print Products for anyone that is interested in that!  I hope to offer mini sessions twice through out the year.  The dates that are available for the Winter Mini Sessions will be announced tomorrow so please return!

I am so excited to continue along this journey to simplifying the way I do business in hopes to also simplify your experience! Thank you to EVERYONE that has supported me along this journey! You are all so dear to me and my family!

HAPPY 2017 Everyone!  May it be the Best Yet!

Mom Boss Diaries | Week 3 |Logan Utah Photographer The night I met a new Friend then Ugly Cried for too long. You may have noticed that I have been MIA on Social Media and my Blog. I have taken the past couple days to reflect on myself and my self-esteem issues. The ones I had all growing up that I have learned to manage throughout the years. My Personality is loud, outspoken, and even sometimes slightly inappropriate. Despite all that,  I am the kind of person that if you genuinely sit down and talk to me you will find out anything you want to know. Most of the time you don't even have to ask, I am very forthcoming with information about m ...
Mom Boss – My Boys
Utah Lifestyle Family Photographer || Mom Boss - My Boys So I have decided over the weekend that there needs to be a whole support group for people that attempt to assemble the "Easy Adjustable" Basketball hoops. I am not a lover of assembling anything really... Pretty sure the trampoline is absolute torture for me. But you guys!!! This basketball hoop is everything that is evil! It took us HOURS!!! Seriously like 6-8 hours to install this basketball hoop. And requires a set of tools that I don't think are customary to an average american household. But after all is said and done, I will say this. My boys LOVE it, so it was all worth it ...
Learn from my Horrid Mistake | Mom Boss Diaries
***Learn from my Horrid Mistake | Mom Boss Diaries | 411 Locals Review*** I have meant to write this post for the past four days. But I wanted to let time happen in between the incident and the blog post to ensure I was in the right frame of mind. Once you put it on the Internet it's out there forever. And I don't like to do things in haste that can be never undone completely. 😊 I was recently doing a Mentor interview with a good friend when she asked me about juggling family life and running a business. This is an ongoing struggle for me and I am learning from things that are working out well. Also I am learning from massive failures. ...
