Tasia || Senior 2017
Green Canyon Senior Shoot || Senior Photographer || MelB Photography I have known Tasia for nearly 10 years. I am pretty sure that in those 10 years, this shoot was the first time we have talked. Working with her beautiful mother for quite a few years was such a pleasure. When I found out that her daughter was a senior I was overly thrilled to be able to photograph her for her Senior Portraits. Tasia was an amazing Soccer player for many years. Until an unfortunate Injury made it nearly impossible for her to play. I know this must be devastating and terribly hard for her, yet she is still an upbeat, kind, and (needless to say) Beautiful you ...

Senior 2017
Logan Utah High School Senior Photographer || MelB Photography A A is for Anna! This young lady made an appearance on the blog a while back. But when my Website got revamped she slipped through the cyber cracks. B B is for Beautiful! When you are this Beautiful you don't get to fall through the cracks. So even though this is an older shoot I will not allow her miss her spotlight. C C is for Considerate! This lovely lady was a Gem to work with. Her reaction to her completed Hair and Makeup Look was everything a HaMU artist could ask for. She was so appreciative and considerate of the opportunity that she was able to be a part of! &nbs ...

Kierstn || Senior ’17 || Zollinger Tree Farm
Logan || High School Senior Photographer || Zollinger's Tree Farm || Senior Photographer The saying 3rd times the charm could not be more true in this instance. This beautiful, humble, and kind young lady has been in front of my camera 2 times before. Each shoot the photos got better and better! I feel like the more a person is in front of the camera and the more they work with a professional photographer, the better their posing and facial expressions are. Kiersten was a natural since day one, but this shoot I was in complete Awe at how perfect she was. As I was complimenting her on her incredible job doing her Makeup, (Seriously she N ...

Freckle Farm Senior Portraits
Freckle Farm Senior Portraits || MelB Photography || Senior Photographer || I was in Heaven during this Freckle Farm Senior Portrait Session. Averie and I had been in contact for quite a few weeks before her shoot so we had plenty of time to find a location that was perfect for what she was wanting. We knew that we wanted there to be some color in the photos... and since there was not much color besides Brown going on outside we decided to take the shoot indoors to Freckle Farm!  They have the most beautiful shop that we took full advantage of. Averie told me that she was wanting a floral crown to go with her white lace dress and Conner ...

I’m Not as Strong as I thought…
Naia Tomlinson | MelB Photography |  Logan Utah Photographer In my adult years I have always prided myself on being Emotionally Strong. I don't cry often... and so I took that as strength.This week has shown me that I have been mistaken. I am not as Strong as I thought... There is this Sweet redheaded 19 month old little girl that sits in front of us every Sunday. And when I say sit, you should know we will use that word lightly... because usually she is coming back to my bench to give me a huge smile, or trying to make her way up on the stand, or grabbing the microphones laid out for Fast and Testimony meetings.  Everyone that sits aro ...

2017 a year of Simplicity
2017 a year of Simplicity | Utah Photographer Baby it's Cold outside!! Within the last two days we have received nearly 2 feet of snow! Most of my time was spent shoveling and snow blowing. I apply the same OCD detail to my driveway clearing as I do to my photo editing. So it's needless to say, but I'll say it anyways... I am glad it stopped so that I can come inside. But I'm so glad it snowed because I have been waiting for the perfect snowy day to share these fun snowy captures! Heart eyes to the moon for this couple! 2017 The year of Simplicity! I don't typically see my strengths... I am not a super confident person. But I will say ...
